(referred to as "Simes"), a shareholder holding 6.52% of the shares, plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 375.26 million shares (not exceeding 1% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement due to its own funding needs."
