Boson Technology (000973.SZ) intends to establish a project company to invest in and construct a pilot platform project for battery-grade lithium sulfide.

Smart Finance APP news, Foshuo Technology (000973.SZ) announced that the company plans to join hands with Zijin Mining's subsidiary Zijin Lithium Element, Xiamen Zijin and Guangxin Research Institute to jointly invest in the establishment of a project company at the Jiaoyang New Material Industrial Park in Shanghang Industrial Zone, Longyan City, Fujian Province, to construct a lithium sulfide pilot platform for battery grade. The registered capital of the project company is 100 million yuan, with the company contributing 5 million yuan for a 5% equity stake. The total planned investment for the project is 113 million yuan, with the construction of a 100-ton/year lithium sulfide production line, mainly focusing on the research, production, and operation of high-purity battery-grade lithium sulfide products. The project is planned to be completed in 10 months.
