On November 13, Ren Hongbin, the president of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, met in Beijing with a delegation led by Philippe Monnier, Vice President of the Auvergne-Rhne-Alpes region of France, and Philippe Fragnaud, President of the Lyon Chamber of Commerce.
