CATL has become the first company in China to be conditionally exempted for road transport of power and energy lithium batteries.

During the World Power Battery Conference on November 13, 2025, the launching ceremony of the pilot project "Building a Safe and Efficient Logistics Channel for Lithium-ion Batteries in Transportation Powerhouse Pilot Cities" was held in Yibin, Sichuan Province. CATL became the first pilot enterprise in the country.
