On September 13, Huang Tianhuo planned to reduce his holdings by up to 9.3863 million shares through centralized bidding. As of November 13, he had already reduced his holdings by 9.3815 million shares, accounting for 0.9995%, with an average selling price of 3.55-4.68 yuan per share. After the reduction, Huang Tianhuo's shareholding decreased to 34.8003 million shares, accounting for 3.71%. This reduction is not in violation of regulations, will not lead to changes in the company's controlling ownership, and will not affect ongoing operations.
