Hou Hao resigns from 5 products, CMB Fund adjusts the fund manager for multiple index products.
CMB Fund has experienced a wave of intensive adjustments to its index fund managers. A total of 11 products under their management announced changes to the fund managers today, with two new managers taking over multiple products. Among them, Hou Hao stepped down from 5 products, with CMB Vaccine Leader ETF and CMB CCTV Finance 50 Index now managed by Liao Yuzhou; CMB Internet of Things ETF, CMB Bulk Commodities LOF, and CMB Coal Equities LOF are now managed by Dou Fucheng, while Hou Hao will co-manage CMB Hong Kong Stock Connect ETF and CMB Shanghai-Hong Kong-Shenzhen Consumer ETF with Dou Fucheng. In addition, Liu Zhongjie stepped down from CMB CSI New Energy Vehicles Index, with Liao Yuzhou taking over; Xu Rongman stepped down from CMB CSI A100 ETF and CMB Shanghai-Hong Kong-Shenzhen Pharmaceuticals ETF, which were taken over by Dou Fucheng and Liao Yuzhou respectively. CMB CSI Dividend Quality ETF also added Dou Fucheng as a co-manager with Liu Zhongjie. Liao Yuzhou and Dou Fucheng both joined CMB Fund in May this year and are now taking over multiple products after the quiet period ended. This series of adjustments to multiple products is a normal action after hiring new fund managers.
