The company, together with its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangnan Water Municipal Engineering Jiangyin Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Municipal Engineering Company") and Jiangyin Hengtong Drainage Facility Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hengtong Drainage Company"), jointly invested in the establishment of "Jiangyin Runlian Technical Service Co., Ltd.", with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Among them, the company invested 5.1 million RMB, accounting for 51% of the registered capital, Municipal Engineering Company invested 3.3 million RMB, accounting for 33% of the registered capital, and Hengtong Drainage Company invested 1.6 million RMB, accounting for 16% of the registered capital.
