Yunnan Germanium Industry stated in the investor relations activity record that the company currently mainly produces material-grade germanium products such as germanium ingots and germanium dioxide. In terms of deep processing, the company includes products such as solar grade germanium wafers, infrared grade germanium monocrystals and blanks, germanium lenses, lenses, infrared thermal imagers, and fiber optic grade germanium products. The company does not produce raw materials such as arsenic, gallium, phosphorus, and indium. Its subsidiary Yunnan Xinyao Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. purchases all raw materials needed for compound semiconductor materials from external sources. Currently, the production capacity of the company's photovoltaic grade germanium products, solar grade germanium wafers, is 300,000 pieces per year, and 200,000 pieces per year. In the future, it will increase production capacity through the construction of the "Space Solar Cell Germanium Wafer Construction Project," with an expected production capacity of 1.25 million pieces of germanium wafers per year by the end of 2025. The company plans to increase research and development of existing compound semiconductor materials, market development, and other work in the future, promoting the gradual transformation of the company's internal industry towards a focus on deep processing by increasing the sales volume and sales proportion of deep-processed products.
