The Capital Strategy Real Estate (00497) announced on November 13, 2025, that the company (as guarantor) and Southwater Hong Kong Limited (a joint venture company) (referred to as borrower) have entered into a financing agreement with several financial institutions (original lenders) involving a total amount of HK$6.111 billion in term loan financing (the financing), for refinancing of certain bank financing. The company's equity interest in the borrower is 50%. The final maturity date of the financing shall be the earlier of: (a) 12 months from the date of the financing agreement; and (b) 6 months after the Director of Lands in Hong Kong issues a completion certificate for the borrower's development project as a developer.
