(referred to as "Beijing Mining and Metallurgy Explosive Anchor" or "Target Company") through public delisting of Beijing Beikuang Yibo Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beikuang Yibo" or "Counterparty") publicly listed on the Beijing Property Exchange, with a transaction price of 110 million yuan.
