Property developer Tai Hing Group (00277.HK) announces a profit, expecting a pre-tax profit of approximately HK$16 million in the first half of the year, turning losses into profits.

Taisun Development (00277.HK) announced that it is expected to achieve a profit before tax of approximately 16 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ending on September 30, 2025, compared to a loss before tax of about 54 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ending on September 30, 2024. The turnaround in the group's mid-term performance is mainly due to a fair value loss of about 1.9 million Hong Kong dollars on the group's investment properties, compared to a fair value loss of about 71.70 million Hong Kong dollars in the previous period.
