On November 13th, at the 16th Caixin Summit, Wang Shengbang, Director of the Financial Regulatory Bureau, revealed that the Financial Regulatory Bureau will soon release a newly revised "Regulations on Management of Commercial Bank Mergers and Acquisitions Loans" to support various companies, including innovative technology enterprises, in merger, reorganization, and transformation. At the same time, Wang Shengbang stated that the Financial Regulatory Bureau is also working with other departments to study policies that promote the high-quality development of technology insurance, providing more comprehensive economic security for innovation activities.
