Li Shuyan has long been working in the education system of Jilin Province, serving as the Director of the Jilin Provincial Education Examination Institute, Deputy Director and Party Member of the Jilin Provincial Education Department, and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee's Education Work Committee. Li Shuyan is in charge of the overall work of the university's party committee.
