Ningbo Jifeng announced that as of November 13, 2025, the controlling shareholder Jihong Group holds 26.92566 million shares of the company, accounting for 21.16% of the total share capital. On that day, Jihong Group released the pledge of 41.00 million shares of freely tradable shares to Ningbo Branch of Bank of Communications, accounting for 15.23% of its holding, and 3.22% of the total share capital of the company. After the release of this pledge, Jihong Group has pledged a total of 95.60 million shares, accounting for 35.51% of its total holding of the company's shares, and 7.51% of the total share capital of the company, and there is currently no plan for further pledge.
