British Prime Minister Starmer apologized to Health Minister for Cabinet conspiracy charges.
British Prime Minister Stammer has apologized to his party allies for the allegations that Health Secretary Wes Strein conspired to overthrow his leadership, in an attempt to control the political storm caused by the issue. According to sources, Stammer had a brief phone conversation with Strein on Wednesday evening and expressed his apologies. Stammer had previously stated in the House of Commons that he did not authorize any media leaks against cabinet members, calling such behavior "completely unacceptable". Stammer also stated in parliament that Strein had "performed excellently" in his duties. As one of the most well-known members of Stammer's cabinet, Strein denied any plot for a coup yesterday. Although he swore loyalty to the Prime Minister through a series of television interviews, he criticized the actions taken against him by the Prime Minister's staff as "completely counterproductive".
