Superstar Legend: 75 million shares allocated at HK$7.2 per share.

MegaStar Legend Announcement: On November 13, 2025, the company entered into a subscription and subscription agreement with a placement agent to facilitate buyers to purchase up to 75 million shares at a price of HK$7.2 per share. The total and net proceeds from the subscription are expected to be HK$392 million and HK$369 million, respectively. The funds will be used to organize internationally renowned artist concerts and exhibitions, create celebrity IP and related content, research and purchase food and beverage products, as well as for general operational purposes.
