According to the Securities Times APP, Jiangsu Zejing Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Zejing Electronics) submitted its application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board on November 12th. Haitong International and CITIC Securities are its joint sponsors. The company had previously submitted its application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 9, 2025. The prospectus shows that Zejing Electronics is dedicated to the research and development of HUD solutions.
