Kojie Smart announced that as of October 31, 2025, the actual revenue confirmation amount with SF Express was 74.3846 million yuan, and the estimated total sales revenue to SF Express for the full year of 2025 will not exceed 780 million yuan. Currently, there are orders in hand totaling about 820 million yuan, with an expected new order of 180 million yuan, but there is uncertainty. The new SF Express orders in 2025 are expected to be confirmed as revenue in 2026. The company expects that the total amount of daily related transactions with SF Express in 2025 and 2026 will not exceed 800 million yuan, and this proposal still needs to be submitted for deliberation at the company's third extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2025.
