Wisdom Financial APP News, Jinli Group (03919) announced that on November 11, 2025 (after the trading hours of the Stock Exchange), King Kong (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Wanxing Machinery and Huang Binggang entered into a joint venture agreement. According to this agreement, the contracting parties agreed to establish a joint venture company with a registered capital of RMB 20 million. The joint venture company will be owned by King Kong, Wanxing Machinery, and Huang Binggang with 49%, 49%, and 2% respectively after its establishment.
