Tianji Holdings (01520): Zhang Botao appointed as independent non-executive director

Zhijing Finance APP News, Tianji Holdings (01520) announced that starting from November 12, 2025, Ms. Yang Lihua resigned as an independent non-executive director and no longer serves as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee respectively; Mr. Zhang Botao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee respectively; Ms. Ge Mei has been appointed as a non-executive director, as well as a member of the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Li Yang, an executive director, no longer serves as a member of the Nomination Committee.
