The meeting revealed that Country Garden's "guaranteed delivery" work has entered the final sprint, with over 130,000 units delivered in the first 10 months of this year. According to data released by Country Garden, nearly 700,000 units will be delivered in 2022, over 600,000 units in 2023, 380,000 units in 2024, and a total of over 1.8 million units delivered in the past four years. Equally important as guaranteed delivery is the restoration of operations. In February of this year, Chairman of the Board Yang Huiyan first proposed during an internal meeting that in the second half of this year, both the guaranteed delivery of houses and the restoration of operations should be emphasized to prepare for entering normal operation in 2026.
