On November 12th, the People's Bank of China held a preaching report meeting on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party. Pan Gongsheng, member of the Central Preaching Group and secretary of the Party Committee and president of the People's Bank of China, delivered a preaching report. Pan Gongsheng pointed out that improving the central bank system is a strategic measure to promote high-quality development of finance and accelerate the construction of a strong financial country during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period.
