China Unicom: Shareholders with more than 5% holdings will reduce their shares, and the change in equity will reach the 1% threshold.
China Unicom announced that on November 12, 2025, it received a notice from the structural adjustment fund, stating that it had reduced its holdings of 40.7 million shares of the company through centralized auction trading from November 10 to 12. After this equity change, the proportion of shares held by the structural adjustment fund decreased from 6.08% to 5.95%, reaching a multiple of 1%. Prior to this, the structural adjustment fund planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 375 million shares, and as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the reduction plan had not been fully implemented. This reduction is a normal equity arrangement, does not affect the control of the company, and both parties will continue to cooperate.
