The Civil Engineering and Development Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Guangdong Provincial Seismological Bureau.

The Civil Engineering and Development Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the Guangdong Province Seismological Bureau signed a five-year cooperation framework agreement on the 12th to further promote cooperation between the two sides in the field of earthquake and geological disaster risk management technology. The agreement covers the development and application of technology for earthquake and geological disaster risk management, promotion of scientific research results and academic resource sharing, as well as strengthening the cultivation of professional talents.
