Ruixing Coffee CEO Guo Jin Yi stated that the company is preparing to relist in the United States. This Xiamen-based coffee chain brand was delisted from the NASDAQ in 2020 after admitting to inflating its 2019 revenue by about $310 million. With the support of top investor Dazheng Capital, Ruixing has made a strong comeback, surpassing Starbucks to become China's largest coffee retailer and is now accelerating its expansion in the US market. However, Guo Jin Yi did not disclose specific details about the company's relisting progress. In response, Ruixing Coffee sent an email statement to CNBC saying, "The company has always been committed to the US capital market, but there is currently no clear timetable for relisting on the main board. Our top priority now is to focus on strategic execution, deepen business operations and development, and continue to enhance brand influence and market competitiveness."
