Lang Ting-SS (01270.HK): Collection of undistributed dividends

Wise Finance APP News, Langham - SS (01270.HK) announced that, in accordance with Article 15.3 of the trust deed constituting the Langham Hotel Investment and Article 24.28 of the Articles of Association of Langham Hotel Investment Limited, the Board of Directors of Langham Hotel Management Company Limited ("Trustee-Manager", acting as the trustee-manager of this trust) and the board of directors of the company (collectively referred to as the "Board") may decide to confiscate and return to this trust any distributions that have not been claimed six years after the distribution date. The Board hereby informs the trust and the shareholders of the company that the 2018 interim distribution and the 2018 final distribution, which were distributed on September 28, 2018 and June 5, 2019 respectively, and have remained unclaimed as of December 12, 2025 (Friday), will be confiscated and returned to this trust.
