The Russian Ministry of Finance announced on November 12th that it plans to issue sovereign bonds denominated in Chinese yuan for the first time. The issuance size and coupon rate will be determined based on the subscription results scheduled for December 2nd, 2025, and the technical placement is set for December 8th, 2025.
