Zhimedia Finance APP News, Haibosi Chuang (688411.SH) issued an announcement that the company has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with CATL (Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.). During the cooperation period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2035, the two parties shall update the cooperation objectives for the next three years at the end of each year (before December 1) in a rolling manner, and sign and confirm the corresponding cooperation memorandum for the respective years. From January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, the company is required to purchase a total of no less than 200GWh of electricity, and CATL will ensure the supply according to the company's demand.
