Haibosi announced that the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with CATL on November 12, 2025, with the cooperation period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2035. From 2026 to 2028, the company's cumulative procurement of electricity will not be less than 200GWh, and CATL will ensure supply according to the demand scale. The agreement is a preliminary agreement, and specific cooperation details are still to be negotiated. The agreement will not have a significant impact on the company's performance in 2025. In addition, on January 27, 2026, some shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares will have their restrictions on selling lifted.
