Blue Sky Gas announced that its controlling shareholder, Blue Sky Group, accumulated a total of 14.291956 million A-shares of the company through centralized bidding from September 11 to November 11, 2025, accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital, with a total investment of 141 million yuan. The increased shareholding plan has been completed. Before the increase, Blue Sky Group and its concerted parties collectively held 49.38% of the shares; after the increase, the combined shareholding ratio rose to 51.38%. The amount of this increase by Blue Sky Group is not less than 100 million yuan and not more than 150 million yuan, and the increase in the quantity does not exceed 2% of the total share capital. This increase complies with relevant regulations and is exempt from making a tender offer.
