Only for official announcement, on November 12, 2025, the company convened the nineteenth meeting of the second board of directors to review and approve the "Proposal on the Signing of a Rental Contract for Overseas Wholly Owned Subsidiaries". In order to meet the daily production and operation needs of the overseas wholly owned subsidiary JST and its development, it was agreed that JST would sign a "Lease Contract" with Forus to lease a total area of 2250 square meters located in Warehouse C0 Forus Industrial Complex, in the 2nd Industrial City, Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The lease term is from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2030, with a total rent of 2.8462 million Saudi Riyals, equivalent to approximately 5.4039 million RMB.
