Central enterprises, rural investment funds, and State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) have jointly established a venture capital enterprise in Guizhou.

According to the Qichacha app, the Guizhou Chuangyi Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise was recently established with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes entrepreneurship investment. Through equity penetration information on Qichacha, it is shown that the enterprise is jointly funded by the central enterprise Rural Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the State Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., and Guotou Chuangyi Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd.
