On November 12, the Guangzhou survey team of the National Bureau of Statistics released data showing that in October, the consumer price index for residents in Guangzhou increased by 0.6% month-on-month and 1.1% year-on-year. From January to October, the CPI in Guangzhou remained the same as the same period last year. Among them, food prices increased by 0.3% month-on-month, non-food prices increased by 0.7%; consumer goods prices rose by 0.7%, service prices rose by 0.5%; the prices of the eight major categories of goods and services showed a trend of "4 rising, 3 falling, 1 staying the same".
