China Southern Power Grid invests in the establishment of an intelligent energy technology company, including AI business.

According to the Qichacha app, Beijing Shuzhi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: development of artificial intelligence basic software; development of artificial intelligence application software; manufacturing and sales of integrated circuit chips and products; integrated circuit chip design and services, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is fully owned by Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Southern Power Grid.
