Peru reacts to the anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on U.S. biodiesel.

On November 9th, Peru issued Public Announcement No. 201-2025/CDB-INDECOPI, affirming the third sunset review of anti-dumping measures on biodiesel originating from the United States. The ruling decided to maintain the current anti-dumping tax unchanged, with the measures taking effect from June 26th, 2025, and lasting for a period of five years.
