On November 11th, the first batch of cyber store employees officially started working at the JD.com store in Shenye UpperHill, Shenzhen. This global first cyber store, jointly created by Robobank, JD.com and Shenye UpperHill, attracted many consumers to visit and take pictures as soon as it opened. Everyone wanted to see what the experience of having humanoid robots as shopping guides was like. Yao Qiyuan, co-founder and marketing director of Robobank, introduced that the current shopping guide robot is Robobank PM01, which has left the remote control and can autonomously perceive the surrounding environment, and provide guidance and explanations in the environment. The store is equipped with a total of 5 robot employees, who take turns on duty. Their responses are professionally trained and upgraded every week.
