Superstar Legend (06683.HK) plans to establish a joint venture with Yushu Technology to jointly create consumer-level IP robots and IP derivative products.

The Zhixun Financial APP reported that Mega Legend (06683.HK) has announced that on November 11, 2025, Star Creative (Kunshan) Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Star Creative, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Beijing Lingyi Technology Co., Ltd. (Lingyi Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yushu Technology Co., Ltd.) signed a joint venture cooperation agreement to jointly establish Yuxing Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. Star Creative and Lingyi Technology will each hold 50% equity in the joint venture company. The joint venture company is planned to be registered as a limited liability company in accordance with Chinese laws, and will be mainly responsible for the creation, development, operation, promotion, and sales of consumer-grade IP robots (including pet quadruped robots, entertainment humanoid robots) and IP derivative products. Based on Yushu Technology's advanced robot core technology and production capabilities, as well as the group's rich IP resources, operation experience, and sales capabilities, both parties will jointly create these products and plan, produce, and execute commercial robot concert performances. The joint venture aims to integrate the group's IP resources with Yushu Technology's advanced robot technology, to create globally influential entertainment interactive intelligent robot products, and to provide users with innovative entertainment and technology experiences.
