On November 12th, there were 2 land plots auctioned off in Chengdu city, located in Xindu District and Shuangliu District respectively. Both plots were ultimately sold at the base price, with a total transaction amount of 1.286 billion yuan. The Xindu District plot was won by Chengdu Xiangtou Zidi Co., Ltd. at a floor price of 4600 yuan per square meter, with a total transaction price of 2.21 billion yuan; the Shuangliu District plot was won by Chengdu Biocity Construction Co., Ltd. at a floor price of 5270 yuan per square meter, with a total transaction price of 10.65 billion yuan.
