Ideal car recently announced an organizational adjustment. The announcement stated that the department managed by Ideal Car's CFO Li Tie, under the organization and finance group, has integrated the first-level departments of "organization department" and "human resources" into "human resources," which is now part of the product and strategy group; the organization and finance group has been renamed as the CFO function group. It is reported that Yang Haishan is the head of the newly established human resources department, reporting to Ideal Car's CEO Li Xiang. Data shows that Yang Haishan is a senior employee of Ideal Car, who has been the director of after-sales at Ideal Car since 2016, responsible for the overall system building of Ideal Car's after-sales service. Previously, the head of human resources at Ideal Car reported to the CFO Li Tie, but now reports directly to Li Xiang, marking the first time Li Xiang directly manages human resources-related affairs. Additionally, according to media reports, while announcing the organizational integration, the former head of the human resources department at Ideal Car, Yuan Chunfeng, is in the process of leaving the company, and the head of the organization department and former head of the CFO office, Li Wenzhi, has also left Ideal Car.
