Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited: A strategic investment in Xunqin Clearing Holdings to accelerate the development of Hong Kong's fixed income and currency market ecosystem.

According to the Wise Finance APP, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) announced that it will today (November 12) reach an agreement with Xunqin Settlement Limited (Xunqin Settlement) to purchase 20% of its holding company's equity. As the main operator of financial market infrastructure, both parties will further consolidate their strategic cooperation relationship and jointly promote the long-term development of the Hong Kong fixed income and currency (FIC) market ecosystem.
