Currently, there is a growing interest among foreign investors in allocating assets in China. The latest data from the China Securities Regulatory Commission shows that as of the end of September, the number of qualified foreign investors has reached 913, with an increase of 53 new investors this year. This trend is not only benefiting from the resilience of the Chinese economy, the improvement in corporate profits, and the valuation advantages, but also from the solid support of the further opening up of the capital market system. According to recent policy signals revealed by relevant authorities, with a high level of commitment, the measures to open up the capital market will be more forceful. Focusing on improving the convenience of cross-border investments and deepening the connectivity between the mainland and Hong Kong capital markets, several opening-up measures are expected to be implemented more quickly.
