Intelligence Finance APP news, Qiming Medical -B (02500.HK) announced that on November 11, 2025, the company plans to sell the property (including the industrial park under construction on parcel 1 and parcel 2, together with the relevant land use rights) to Hangzhou Binjiang City Construction Development Co., Ltd., for a total consideration of approximately RMB 375 million.
