Wisdom Financial News APP, Emperor Industry Holdings (01950) announced that on November 11, 2025 (after trading hours), the company (as the seller) entered into a second sales agreement with the buyer (BlueOcean Investment (Global) Ltd). Under this agreement, the buyer conditionally agreed to purchase shares from the seller at a purchase price (representing 24% of the issued share capital of the target company Darkblue Investment Ltd.). The purchase price of 29.86 million yuan shall be paid in installments in cash.
