The Zhitong Finance APP News revealed that Anker Innovation (300866.SZ) has announced plans to further promote the company's globalization strategy layout and enhance the company's overall competitiveness. The company intends to issue shares overseas (H shares) and apply for listing on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange"). The company will fully consider the interests of existing shareholders and the domestic and foreign capital markets, and will choose an appropriate time and issuance window to complete the issuance and listing within the validity period of the shareholders' resolution (i.e. 24 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting or other extended period agreed upon).
