Financial report data shows that, with the announcement of an artificial intelligence infrastructure agreement between the Netherlands-based emerging cloud service provider Nebius and Meta, and the prediction of rapid growth by 2026, Nebius saw a more than 300% increase in third quarter sales, reaching $1.46 billion. According to a letter to shareholders from CEO and co-founder Arkady Volozh, the company predicts that by the end of 2026, annualized run-rate revenue will reach $7 billion to $9 billion. He announced on Tuesday that Nebius has signed a five-year agreement with Meta, providing approximately $3 billion worth of capacity, marking their second major AI infrastructure deal. Chief Revenue Officer Marc Boroditsky, in an interview, stated that the outlook is "very strong, but not without its challenges," pointing out that the prediction is based on expected growth in transaction flows and AI cloud business. Boroditsky mentioned that the company sold out all available cloud capacity in the third quarter and is also nearly sold out this quarter.
