Qin'an Shares: Transfer of 5% equity of controlling shareholder agreement.

Qin'an shares announcement: The company's controlling shareholder and actual controller YUANMING TANG and Rao Yiran signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" on November 11, 2025, agreeing to transfer 21.9399 million shares of Qin'an shares held under non-restricted conditions, accounting for 5% of the total share capital, through an agreement transfer method to Rao Yiran. Prior to this equity change, Rao Yiran did not own any shares of the company; after the change, Rao Yiran will hold 5% of the shares and become a shareholder of the company.
