Chen Yu Takes Over as General Manager of Boshi Fund.

Bosera Fund announced tonight the change in senior management personnel, with the company's Deputy Party Secretary Chen Yu officially taking over as the company's General Manager. Chen Yu graduated from Capital University of Economics and Business and joined China Merchants Renhe Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in July 2017. He has held positions such as Party Committee Member, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Investment Officer, and also served as a Director and CEO of China Merchants Renhe Retirement Investment Co., Ltd. In April 2025, he was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of China Merchants Renhe Life Insurance, responsible for the overall operation of the company. Prior to this, he held management positions at Industrial and Commercial Bank, Huaxia Bank, Taikang Asset Management, and China Post Life Insurance among other financial institutions. Chen Yu has rich experience in the banking, insurance asset management, and insurance sectors.
