Lanzhou Bank: Liu Jing resigns as deputy general manager

On November 11th, Lanzhou Bank announced that the Board of Directors had recently received a written resignation report from Director and Vice President Liu Jing. Due to a job adjustment, Liu Jing proposed to resign from the positions of director, member of the relevant special committees of the board of directors, and vice president of the bank. The resignation will take effect after the resignation report is delivered to the board of directors of the bank. After resigning, Liu Jing plans to take up a position in a subsidiary of the bank.
