Adjustment of senior officials in Dalian Commodity Exchange

The Party Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission recently decided: Comrade Xiong Jun was appointed as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dalian Commodity Exchange, appointed as a non-member director of the Dalian Commodity Exchange, and nominated as the candidate for the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dalian Commodity Exchange; Comrade Ran Hua will no longer serve as the Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors, or non-member director of the Dalian Commodity Exchange, and will be appointed otherwise. In accordance with the statutory procedures, the Dalian Commodity Exchange convened the sixty-sixth meeting of the fourth session of the Board of Directors, and elected Comrade Xiong Jun as the Chairman of the Dalian Commodity Exchange.
