Hongtong Gas Announcement: Controlling shareholder Tian Hui holds 28.1528 million shares, accounting for 9.95% of the total shares. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 8.4864 million shares, or 3%, through centralized bidding and block trading due to personal financial needs. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding does not exceed 1% within any consecutive 90 days, and the reduction through block trading does not exceed 2%. The reduction period is from December 3, 2025 to March 3, 2026. If the company distributes dividends, bonus shares, increases share capital, issues new shares, or rights issues during this period, the number of shares to be reduced will be adjusted accordingly.
